VL38 table lamp
A broadcasting company from the 1930s – not exactly a place you would expect to be a beacon of interior design. The buildings of the Danish Broadcasting Company in Copenhagen, however, speak a different language: The architect and designer Vilhelm Lauritzen developed the interior and exterior of the radio station and in this context, the VL38 lamp family. These lamps, made of brass and aluminium, fascinate with their classic and functional form.
The Vl38 Table Lamp is made of powder-coated aluminium and available in black or white. The base is made of untreated brass. You can choose between two illumination levels and there is a timer which turns off the lamp automatically after four or eight hours. The shade can be rotated to ensure an optimal light incidence.
