Mariage Frères Tea Collection

Mariage Frères stands for a long tradition of tea culture. The oldest tea house in Europe was founded by Edouard and Henri Mariage on June 1st, 1854.

The two brothers originated from an old Parisian merchant family, which had been involved in the trade of tee and spices since the 17th century and had been hired by King Louis XiV to import exquisite teas from Persia.

Ever since then, the French company has been dedicated to the creation of sophisticated and classic tea compositions. Versatile, surprising, extraordinaire – the Mariage Frère tea collections delight tea lovers all over the world.

A combination of inventive spirit some may call genius and a certain sensitivity for the subject yields gorgeous concoctions like the white Darjeeling, the Haute Couture collection, consisting of several grand cru mixes from organic farming, or the Earl Grey collection, which enchant aficionados time and time again.

The grand selection of white, green, black, and blue, as well as Rooibos teas, packaged in pretty tins, is perfect for treating yourself or others. In addition to tins, the teas are also offered in pretty white muslin-sachets.

The Mariage Frères range is complemented by refined delicacies like cookies and jellies, which go perfectly with the tea mixes, as well as accessories for all needs tea enjoyment.
