The Mariage family created the collection of tea jellies in the 19th century and has been preparing them in copper pans, which is the traditional manner of preparation. Tea jellies compliment toast, brioches, and scones just fabulously.

 

The Earl Grey Impérial Jelly is flavored with the most refined bergamotte.
