Ringkøbing, Denmark. 1998. Headquarters of the young furniture company One Collection. The telephone rings. On the line? Hanne Wilhelm Hansen, widow of the 1989 deceased Finn Juhl. Her cause? The relaunch of the 57 Sofa for a Finn Juhl retrospective.
One Collection committed immediately. The result is an impressively sculptural sofa, on which one can lounge gloriously thanks to hand-made springs and soft textile or leather upholstery.
We will happily provide consultation with regard to the textiles and leather variants available for the 57 Sofa. Its feet are in any case made of stainless steel or brownish steel with toes made from walnut or oak.
