In 1945 he designed this fantastic armchair, breaking with tradition by separating seat and backrest from one another, resulting in a dazzlingly light, elegant expression, which pointed the way for Juhl’s further designs. The 45 Chair is a marvelous example of the highest standard of craftmanship.
