His designs are meant to be able to stand freely, beautiful to look at from all sides and angles: This sculptural approach is something we find in virtually all Finn Juhl designs, especially though in the Egyptian Chair. Inspired by a visit to the Louvre, Juhl created the distinctive side section of the chair, where frame and backrest form a sharply-pointed triangle. The Egyptian Chair is elegant, stable, and sophisticated, which formed part of Finn Juhl’s very own dining room ensemble.
The Egyptian Chair is available in walnut or oak and may be upholstered with various textiles or leather types. We will be happy to provide further consultation with regard to choosing the perfect model for your home.
