Kjærholm’s design has always celebrated the timelessness of nature along with the beauty of modern materials. The PK40 is a unique table, coy and representative at once. It combines Kjærholm’s fascination for modernity and timelessness with a seemingly weightless steel frame and a leather covered table top – toughness and smoothness, industry and nature. The leather’s lush red originates from the fruit of the Peruvian Tara tree, whose pulverized seeds are shipped to Europe, where they are used for coloring.

 

The PK40 table is part of the exclusive PK4x20 series, which is characterized by small quantities and rare materials. We are delighted to be able to offer you one of 20 PK40 tables world-wide.
